Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered via Australia Post. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
You will be required to contact Australia Post directly if your goods are damaged whilst in transit. We are not liable if your goods are lost or damaged once they have been given to Australia Post for delivery.
Refunds and Returns
Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods. We do not provide refunds for ”change of mind”. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site if they are faulty.
If you (the “buyer”) wish to return goods, this will be at your expense. Please contact us via email to discuss the matter before returning goods as we will not be liable for refunds or exchanges without prior consultation or agreement.
